Holly Oak Consulting was brought onto this project in order guide the project through the City of Annapolis' new Forest Conservation Law, one of the strictest in the state. Holly Oak Consulting completed a update on a previously completed wetland delineation and forest stand delineation. Holly Oak Consulting is also completing forest conservation plans, reforestation plans, urban tree planting guidance, and a specimen tree variance for this project.
